The Result R239X Recycled Thermoquilt Gilet is an ultra-lightweight and versatile workwear bodywarmer designed for layering, comfort and everyday use. With excellent suitability for custom embroidery, it’s ideal for businesses looking for modern, branded outerwear with a professional finish.

Made from 120gsm 100% polyester outer fabric with 140gsm REPREVE® recycled polyester padding, this gilet provides warmth without bulk. The microtunnel quilted design and Dupont™ Sorona® insulation deliver excellent heat retention while remaining breathable and lightweight.

Designed for flexibility and ease of movement, this gilet features soft bound elasticated armholes and hem for a comfortable fit. The full front zip with chin guard and zipped pockets add practicality, while the contrast lining and detailing give a clean, modern look suitable for embroidered branding.
